ALL THE ABOVE FEES INCLUDE THE USE OF THE KITCHEN FACILITIES AND ARE SUBJECT TO TERMS AND CONDITIONS. CHILDREN’S PARTIES UNDER ADULT SUPERVISION ONLY.

Conditions of letting for private functions

HIRERS ARE REMINDED THAT THEY ARE PERSONALLY RESPONSIBLE FOR ENSURING THAT THE CONDITIONS OF HIRE ARE MET IN RELATION TO THE PREMISES.

1) FIRE PRECAUTIONS  

In the event of fire prompt action is to be taken in accordance with instructions displayed in Main Hall and Rear Room.

2) KITCHEN/CATERING  

Ensure that all unused food is removed from the premises and disposed of correctly and that the kitchen is left clean and ready for the next user.

3) BAR ARRANGEMENTS

The Hall is licensed for the sale of alcohol during specific hours. Bar facilities are available on request and are provided by the ‘Wheel Inn’, Longsdon, details from Geoff or Linda Turner on 01538 385012.

4) MAIN HALL/REAR ROOM

Tables and chairs for private functions should be returned to storage places.

5) GENERAL

Any breakages or damage to the Premises to be paid by the hirer in addition to the letting charge.

A £50 deposit will be required from any group, unknown to the Booking Secretary. This will be returned as soon as the Hall is found to be in the condition in which it was let.

For evening functions the Premises are to be vacated by midnight Monday-Friday, 11.45pm Saturday and 10pm Sunday.

Hirers must make every endeavour to ensure that noise and nuisance is not caused to neighbouring properties, particularly when leaving the premises late at night.

Hirers are reminded that they have duty of care to children on the premises during their hire period.
